The Top Findsis an editorial product-discovery site. We do not sell, stock, ship, or process payment ourselves — when you click a product link, you complete checkout directly on our partner retailer's website, and your order, shipping, and any return are handled by that retailer. Returns are therefore governed by the policy of the store you purchase from.

What our partner retailers typically offer

We prioritize linking to reputable retailers with customer-friendly return policies. Across the partner stores we feature, return terms commonly include:

  • Returns accepted for both defective and non-defective products, and exchanges, on items in new or lightly used condition.
  • Return windows that often run up to 90 days from delivery (many are 30 days; some extend further).
  • Return by mail, in store, or at a drop-off location, frequently with a free return label and no restocking fee.
  • Refunds to the original payment method, typically within about 6 days of the retailer receiving the item.

These terms vary by retailer and product. Always confirm the exact window, fees, and conditions on the retailer's own returns page before you buy — final-sale, personalized, perishable, and hygiene items are often non-returnable.

How to return an item

  1. Find the order confirmation or receipt from the retailer you bought from.
  2. Open that retailer's return policy (footer of their site or your confirmation email).
  3. Start the return through the retailer's order portal or customer support.
