Zeytin’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is an award-winning olive oil that is also produced with Memecik variety olives by our small family farm in Ayvalik, Turkey. Harvested when the olives are purely green, the oil has a medium robust character with an aroma of freshly cut grass, artichoke and tomato, thus the rich and fruity tagline. The oil is delicious with fish and with roasted vegetables, but we do have to say our most favorite way to consume is by simply dipping a slice of rustic, artisan bread into this fruity EVOO and it will be a meal of its own. Our EVOO boasts a low acidity between 0.2-0.3% and a polyphenol count of 400, not to mention that it has won numerous awards year after year for its exquisite flavors!
