Sea Scallops

Atlantic sea scallops are delicious with a mild, briny flavor and smooth, tender bite. These premium quality sea scallops are ideal for an appetizer or main course, especially when paired with an American Wagyu steak. We only source dry scallops, not treated with preservatives or chemicals. The creamy, translucent flesh has a natural sweetness and cooks quickly on the grill or skillet. Our scallops are harvested in the fisheries of New Bedford, one of the oldest fishing ports in the US and the setting for the classic novel, Moby Dick. All our scallops are certified sustainable and can be traced to their specific landing area by the sticker on each eco-friendly package. Wild caught, hand-shucked and flash frozen at their optimal freshness, these Atlantic sea scallops add a touch of the ocean to every meal. Average weight: 12 oz. Each package contains 8 scallops.
