We recommend adding a finish to the natural wood for extra protection. Any wood finish can be used, including waxes, oils, lacquers, and varnishes. When applied, the color and grain in the wood will instantly richen. This product uses a real wood veneer, so please be aware there may be color and grain variations, which only enhances the beauty of the panel. A unique feature of the natural core panel is the cream-colored MDF, which deviates from our conventional black color.
