Our review
A single malt Japanese whisky aged in Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks and proofed using spring water from Mt Daisen to create a quintessentially Japanese experience. On the palate, there are notes of vanilla, sandalwood, barley, coconut, and green apple. The Mizunara oak gives it a rich and creamy mouthfeel with a smooth, lingering finish.
