Our review

---tab Description--- ⚠️DPF Delete Kit will not fit Cab Chassis commercial-style trucks or trucks with air-ride suspension. Key Features The Dodge Ram 6.7L Diesel is a beast of an engine, but factory emissions controls—DPF, EGR, and overly conservative tuning—hold it back. Deleting these systems unlocks real performance, efficiency, and engine longevity while eliminating common headaches: No More DPF Regens – Stop wasting fuel on forced burns and avoid costly DPF failures. End EGR Clogging – Prevent soot buildup in your intake, keeping your turbo and valves cleaner. Unlock Hidden Power – The factory tune strangles your engine—free it with optimized fueling and airflow. Expect 80-150+ HP gains (depending on tune) Better Fuel Economy – Expect 1-3 MPG improvements with proper tuning. Lower EGTs – Critical for towing heavy loads without overheating. Longer Engine Life – Less heat stress, cleaner oil, and reduced turbo wear. A1: Yes. As long as you keep all OEM emissions parts (DPF, EGR, SCR) and have a backup of your original ECU file, you can reinstall the components and flash the stock calibration. Q2: Do I need tuning software after installing the delete kit? A2: Absolutely. Custom tuning is required to disable DPF/EGR systems in the ECU. Without a proper tune, your truck will throw error codes, run poorly, or enter limp mode. Q3: Will I pass emissions testing after the delete? A3: No. Any vehicle with emissions systems removed or disabled will fail emissions or visual inspections in regulated areas. Delete kits are intended for off-road or competition use only. Q4: Is the SPELAB kit hard to install? A4: Installation is beginner-to-intermediate level for most DIYers. DPF and CCV deletes are straightforward, but EGR components can be tricky due to seized or brittle bolts—professional help may be needed. Q5: Is Mini Maxx V2 still recommended? A5: While still effective, Mini Maxx V2 is no longer in production and lacks active firmware support. EZLynk or similar modern platforms offer better long-term stability and tuning flexibility. Q6: How much horsepower/torque can I gain? A6: Tune-dependent, but typical gains: Stock Turbo: +80-150 HP / +150-250 lb-ft Upgraded Turbo: +150-250+ HP / +300-400+ lb-ft (with supporting mods) ---tab Shipping Returns--- Fast Shipping Policy Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days , and the package will arrive within your order's estimated date.
