Our review
A rare opportunity to experience two limited-release Geshas, each showcasing a different origin, process, and perspective on this celebrated variety. This set includes: D avid Muñoz from Finca La Colmena in Santa Barbara, Honduras, is a washed Gesha offering refined clarity, stone fruit sweetness, and a delicate floral finish with notes of Peach, Cardamom, and Cantaloupe. Silvia Herrera from Finca San Luis in Ocozocoautla, Chiapas, Mexico, is a natural-processed Gesha that’s vibrant and fruit-forward, with soft sweetness and a silky texture and notes of Guava, Persimmon, and Milk Choclolate . Together, they highlight the nuance of Gesha and the craft of two producers we’re proud to work with year after year.
