The Chiller keeps things cold but it's not a freezer — ice cream will still eventually melt if you leave it out for an hour, especially in summer heat. Think of it as buying you time, not stopping the clock entirely. It works better as a serve vessel than a long-term holding vessel.

At 3 lbs for the set, these aren't precious or fragile, but they're also not something you'll toss in a bag without thought. And like all S'well products, they're hand-wash only — a minor but real inconvenience if your post-party dishwasher habit is non-negotiable.
