Raw Coastal Wildflower Honey is derived from the finest California wildflowers. Honey is so much more than glucose and fructose – it is a nutrient-rich substance with an impressive array of vitamins and minerals with trace amounts of amino acids and antioxidants. Honey contains proteins, carbohydrates, hormones, organic acids, and anti-microbial compounds. STORAGE: Store away from direct sunlight inside a kitchen cabinet or pantry that ideally maintains between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. If stored in sealed containers raw honey can remain stable for decades and even centuries! However, raw honey is susceptible to physical and chemical changes during storage; it tends to darken and lose its aroma and flavor or crystallize.
