Seasonal Blends Offer Year-Round Delight! Our roasters craft unique blends inspired by the season using the latest harvests of standout coffees. The flavor profile shifts throughout the year, but the promise stays the same: a balanced, approachable cup that captures the spirit of the season. Our current seasonal offering, Pollinator, is a bright, sweet light roast that celebrates the arrival of spring. Featuring a natural-process Ethiopian coffee from Sidama, it highlights strawberry-vanilla and candy-like fruit notes. Peruvian beans add soft almond sweetness and a buttery body with gentle citrus brightness. Blended for smoothness and balance, it’s an easy-drinking cup that feels right at home with longer days and fresh starts. Our next release, Nocturnal, will be available late summer/early fall.
