Our tuna ventresca is the prized belly meat of our albacore tuna. 3.75 oz can – packed with albacore tuna, a pinch of sea salt, and nothing else. High in omega-3 fatty acids, with a rich flavor. Suitable for special uses such as hors d’oeuvres All of our albacore tuna is sashimi grade before being canned. We use small fish so it’s the healthiest tuna available, having more omega 3 fatty acids than most salmon.
