#2 Albacore Tuna Loin

If you’re familiar with the “ugly fruit” movement, this is our version, just from the sea. These #2 grade Albacore Tuna loins may have a small blemish or an imperfect cut, which keeps them from making the “perfect” grade. But what they lack in appearance, they more than make up for in flavor. Typically used for canning or dishes where looks don’t matter, we’re proud to offer them as part of our commitment to using the whole fish - because great seafood shouldn’t go to waste.
