Using our heritage Kurobuta pork, Journeyman handcrafts our salami with authentic Italian curing methods in their USDA-certified curing and aging facility custom built by technicians from Parma, Italy. Pete and his team are dedicated to crafting the very best food and wine experiences, which you can taste with this offering of artisan salami. Each salami chub weighs 5 to 7 oz.
