The indestructible seam work is created with nearly thirty individual parts, T40 five thread overlock with double needle top stitching, and thirteen T70 bar tacks - in some places securing 14-ply fabric. These sewing requirements would break industry standard needles. The Chilliwack is sewn utilizing specialized gold needles specifically built to withstand rigorous demands.
