The basting brush that handles precision and power — from applying egg wash on pie dough to glazing a full rack of ribs. GIR's silicone basting brush features moderately flexible bristles (not too floppy, not too stiff), unique zig-zag perforated flaps that catch generous amounts of liquid, and tapered outer bristles that are precise enough for delicate foods. Unlike natural bristle brushes, the silicone won't shed, absorb odors, or harbor bacteria. Made from 100% platinum-cured, pharmaceutical grade silicone. Heat-resistant to 425°F, stain and odor resistant, dishwasher safe. BPA and BPS free. Dimensions: 7.5 in x 1.6 in.
