Inspired by the popular, classic Chengdu street dumplings, Sweet + Spicy Sichuan Chili Sauce is a concoction of aromatic "fuzhi" soy sauce, slow-brewed with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a blend of spices. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — intensely delicious and versatile. 6oz. crafted in Chengdu, Sichuan. Vegan, no artificial flavors, and no preservatives. Use in stir fry, marinade or on dumplings. Great as a drizzle over noodles or other dishes! Please note our fan-favorite Sweet Spicy Zhong Sauce name changed to Sweet + Spicy Sichuan Chili Sauce, but rest assured, it’s the same taste you love with an upgraded name and packaging!
