Last August I sat in the goat shed and started writing a book. It was the kind of book I NEEDED to read. I was hungry to learn about how to live a GREAT life — not just a good one. I wanted to hear directly from my heroes about how they found their way to happiness, greatness and joy. And how they found their way out of mediocrity and darkness. 600 pages later, I have never been more proud of anything I have ever done. Ever. The Guide to Becoming Alive is part manifesto, part memoir.
