This one — La Grande Raccolta, or The Great Harvest — was a rare vintage from a Great Harvest: green, rich, and profoundly alive. Long, cool mornings in the orchard gave way to bright afternoons and crisp coastal winds, coaxing the fruit into perfect balance. The Olives ripened slowly, building their signature depth and green intensity. The result is an oil that tastes unmistakably of this season — alive with wild grass, green Almond, and a peppery finish that lingers like sunlight on the tongue. Our Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by fourth-generation farmer Philip Asquith. His trees are grown from cuttings of centuries-old Italian varieties — Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and Koroneiki — each contributing a layer of character and complexity. The Olives are hand-picked at dawn and pressed within hours of harvest, capturing that fleeting moment when fruit becomes gold. Our Magnum Bottle is our way of honoring that vintage — a keepsake from an extraordinary year. Not a matter of size, but of significance.
