Garden Estate Rose Honey

Small batch of Honey from our hives at Estate infused with Rose. Rose and Honey are aphrodisiacs that have stood the test of time. For this special batch, we started with our 100% raw, unfiltered California Honey — harvested from Richard’s own hives on the Estate — and infused it with Rose Otto, the essence of thousands of rose petals distilled into a single drop. The result is a golden nectar with soft floral notes, delicious over fresh fruit, yogurt, or by the spoonful. A sweet expression of everything growing on our California hillside, laced with the timeless essence of Rose. The flavor is delicate yet surprising—some even catch a hint of bubblegum (in the best way!). Truly unlike any Honey we’ve made before. Drizzle generously.
