Powder Hound Hat

Introducing the new and improved Powder Hound Hat, featuring five panels, a mesh back, a snapback closure and a 100% American-made supply chain. The patch features the Duckworth logo and signature sheep. Our Montana baseball caps were previously made in Bangladesh. At the time, we weren't aware of any high-quality American hat manufacturers, so we went with what was available: We partnered with a USA-based company that outsourced production. There's no doubt about it, that was our bad, and we pulled those hats from the shop in early 2022 after hearing customer feedback. Well, after searching high and low, we discovered a fully USA-made hat manufacturer crafting high-quality ball caps. Try them out and show off your American-made pride!
