This lot is a definitive example of what a Peruvian Bourbon can achieve. It's washed-processed, yet offers a surprising, elevated floral clarity. What makes it truly exceptional is the rare balance it strikes: a vibrant acidity, typical of the region's best, is paired with a thick, silky mouthfeel. The cup opens brightly with notes of Hassaku citrus and orange blossom, developing into a lingering papaya sweetness that defines its generous and memorable character.
