La Casona is an elegant Geisha bursting with vibrant flavors. Experience a pronounced kiwi acidity with a long linger of jasmine and massive florals. If you are into a classic gesha profile that has a focus on brightness this is a coffee for you. Let this coffee rest and drink it across the following weeks to experience how the flavors begin to change and pop! Why We Like It and Resting Time: Another vibrant and floral coffee from Apollon's Gold! This is quite an exciting coffee and takes the classic gesha profile and turns it up to eleven. Think of this as a high definition gesha with very apparent acidity, florals, and a long sweet jasmine finish. We find this coffee can be pushed quite hard to make the acidity pop.
