Our American Wagyu SRF Black® picanha (also known as the coulotte or coulotte steak) is full of marbling for a distinctive flavor and delicious complexity. The picanha is also called the sirloin cap and describes the area where this uncommon cut is found. We leave the fat cap attached so the meat is gently basted with its savory essence and keeps the picanha moist and tender. The picanha has the flavor and texture of a great quality sirloin steak. The SRF Black® picanha is delicious roasted whole, sliced into steaks or skewered and served with chimichurri for a taste of Brazil at home. Average weight: 2.5 lbs.
