Smoked Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage

Here’s a special smoked sausage made with a blend of our premium pork and beef, fresh jalapenos and real cheddar cheese. The skilled sausage makers at Southside Market and Barbeque coarsely grind our meat and fill natural pork casings. Lesser quality products use canned or frozen peppers, but ours use only fresh jalapenos. The result is a hearty sausage with the bite of creamy cheddar and just the right punch of spice. These handcrafted beauties are gluten free and made without MSG. Average weight: 13 oz. Each package contains 4 sausages.
